Having recently raised a large amount in funding, we aim to create long term value for NFT holders, by building unique gaming and community experiences, combining superior graphics and storylines with top notch blockchain technologies.The ChallengesThis position plays a key role in being in charge of token listings in the rapidly growing web3 and tokenomics space.What You Can Expect To Work On- Lead and manage the end-to-end process of token listings on exchanges (DEX and CEX)- Develop and maintain relationships with exchange partners- Conduct research and analysis on various exchanges and token listing requirements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch and execution of token listing- Conduct periodic research and produce informative materials (memos, slides) on other projects' tokenomics.- Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient token listing operations- Monitor and report on the performance of listed token**Requirements**:- Proven experience in token listing and tokenomics- Previous experience working for a cryptocurrency exchange, a market maker, or a web3 project for the launch of a native token is preferred.- Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs and cryptocurrency exchanges- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceBenefits and Why You'll Love Working With Us- We Listen.
