Tool Design Engineer- (Dfm, Meeting With Customer, Familiar With Mould Structure)

Tool Design Engineer - (DFM, Meeting with Customer, Familiar with Mould Structure)- Responsible for tool design projects, accomplishing mould design proposals for new products and mould design modifications.
- Complete the 3D design of the mold according to DFM, establish the mold record, and complete the 3D self-inspection form.
- Complete the output of 2D parts and mold BOM according to the 3D drawing.
- Modify 3D and 2D outputs.
- Participate in new project kick-off meetings and various review meetings.
- Participate in the department's internal proposal improvement, patent application, and SAP report.
- Participate in the formulation of internal design standards and specifications, accumulate and share design experience, and provide team suggestions.
- Accomplish ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Skills Required:
- Preferably able to communicate in both Mandarin and English.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Mold, Automation, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in plastic mould design.
- Responsible, meticulous, and possess a good working attitude.
- Familiar with material properties, injection processing, and common injection defects of general plastics.
- Familiar with using UG for mould 3D design and 2D drawings output.
- Familiar with using AutoCAD.
- Familiar with various mould processing technologies and methods.
