Job Title:Toolmaker**Job Description**:The Role:Toolmaker is to provide support & services in maintaining the molds. The support includes onsite support trouble shooting on the press, insert changes for multi inserts mold, Mold PM & mold/inserts cleaning and mold repair. Overtime support during non-working hour if request.In this role you will:Responsible for mold maintenance & repair to get the best quality part out from production. This includes trouble shooting, machining, fitting, decision making, inter department communication as well as documentation.- Able to handle conventional milling, lathe, grinding and EDM machine.- Knowledge of injection molding, troubleshooting, PM and fix mold.- Able to work alone with less supervision.Your success will be measured by:- Safety, quality, cost and people
