Monitor the consumption rate of consumables
Manage the flow of items sent out for calibration/testing/proof loading without disrupting the operational needs
Prepare contracts and projects papers to support services engaged by the tool stores
Support and manage the tool stores in each Hangar
Tracking of projects requests and liaising with vendor with project completion
Prepare weekly servicing schedule (calibration, load test & scheduled maintenance)
Updating and tracking of Equipment that requires inspections and servicing in the Sharepoint system and sticker issuance
Liaise with PE for inspections and Decals/Certificates from vendor
Raise new Contracts and renew contract monitor expiry of contract and update in Sharepoint
Monitoring next servicing dates of BMD vehicles.
Updating of new Equipment
Ensuring MSDS are up-to-date
Ensuring all tools & equipment in storage are valid for usage
Assist AO in managing cost control, report of cost for different category by monthly basis
Monitor the updating of the Bill of Tools (BOT) online folders closely and follow up with the tool loans (as required) to support operational requirements
Loan Tool for BMM Projects and GES Servicing related spares
Such other duties as assigned by the Superior
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in required.
Engineering or related disciplines preferred
Minimum 3+ years in similar role or field
Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and specialized aircraft maintenance equipment.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
Proficiency in inventory management software
