Job Purpose: Utilise engineering skills and expertise to resolve technical issues including fault finding and problem analysis and timely repairs Attend to standard operating procedure for all systems in good working order Provide excellent customer serviceJob Responsibilities: Manage service operation and staff membersCommunicate with customers about work time, minimise customer wait timePerform routine maintenance and preventive repairs on existing systems Adhere closely to maintenance and repair schedules with customers on their cars Maintain a good customer retention rate with customers Assist in the achievement of the outlet's service and customer satisfactionJob Requirement: Minimum Degree Holder preferable in Engineering or its equivalentAutomotive industry related working experience is an added advantageGood interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and interact with people effectivelyAmbitious and result orientedEnergetic and possess leadership qualitiesExtrovert personality with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
