Responsibilities:Deal with overseas DMC, accommodation, or cruise line principle.
Assist in making bookings in cruise line booking engine.
Assist in all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets, ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities.
Assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber, and Amadeus).
Compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentation is properly filed.
Record orders for all related tour services.
Provide full support for tour package sales and departures.
Educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support.
Participate in all fieldwork, including airport duties and travel fairs.
Qualifications:At least SPM education.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the travel industry (preferably in East Asia region).
Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to inquiries.
Comfortable working with a computer and mobile phone for long hours.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).
