To provide new routing resources & technical support to each business line.
To develop new product and promotion strategies with respective departments on product/marketing campaigns.
To implement content strategy, create and manage published content to maximize brand visibility.
To collect and analyze customers' needs, market information, and competitors' business trends and build up a comprehensive database to support the company's business strategies and goals.
Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years relevant working experience as a tour leader/tour guide for the Western Region, with supervisory experience.
Exposure in the travel industry is an added advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Enjoy outdoors, love to travel, with rich traveling experience, and a strong desire to explore travel destinations.
Cheerful and lively, with excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, enjoys sharing and referral.
Good in dealing & negotiating with international vendors, capable of conducting routing research for long hours.
Has a strong and spontaneous sense of market trends, teamwork skills, responsibility, and good leadership skills.
Computer literate in MS Office Software, detail-oriented, ready and willing to meet various types of customers from different fields/industries.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, sound analytical skills, and highly self-motivated.
