ResponsibilitiesCoordinate layout submissions to the authorities and liaise with various government agencies for the approval of layout plans.
Coordinate with land surveyors and liaise with land offices regarding land title management matters.
Assist in preparing concept plans for the development of the land bank.
Execute any other tasks as required by the superior or other designated personnel of the Company.
Job RequirementsDiploma in Urban and Regional Planning.
At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in designing and preparing layouts using AutoCAD.
Possess experience in liaising with local authorities, equipped with strong customer service skills.
Demonstrates strong organizational, multi-tasking, reliability, initiative and time-management skills.
