Trade Compliance Analyst

Summary /Objective The Customs Compliance Analyst' role will be responsible for supporting the Customs Compliance team in JBEssential Functions/ Responsibilities.Update report records on customs exemption quantity control & list Checking custom records of all expired exemption approval files.Renewal of Custom licenseDocumentation review and checks on all declarations in the trade documentations.Coordinating with the Customs broker on any amendments of declaration forms.Monitoring and controlling over shipment exemptions Dealing with government agencies for all import and export matter.Support in the obtaining of tax exemptions and special permit requirements Build and maintain relationships with local Customs and government agencies.Execute and implement trade compliance programme which allow for identifying risk, and preventing and mitigating damages related to the customs lawsSupporting import/export compliance control in the form of operational activities.Any task/project: as and when assigned by Superior.Required Experience 3 years in related / similar positionPreferred Education:Minimum Diploma / related technical or equivalent experience.
