Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales of shrimp and fish feeds.
Ensure timely sales collection via constant follow-up with customers.
Conduct market studies and report on the latest market situation, pricing trends, and competitor movements.
Grow sales and market presence by expanding the customer base.
Customer Satisfaction:
Build rapport, maintain good relationships, and communicate with customers.
Provide services to customers, such as water quality checking, as well as sharing market information and technical know-how.
Efficiently and effectively address and solve customer complaints.
Job Requirements:
Must have a Diploma or Degree in Aquaculture/Biology/Marine Science or related field.
One (1) vacancy available for our outlet in Seri Manjung, Perak.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate exceptionally well, especially in Mandarin (dealing with a majority of Mandarin-speaking customers), as well as Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Have an easy and outgoing personality.
Willing to take up challenges and can cope with pressures.
Able to work in a team or independently under minimal supervision.
