Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Exhibition Booth Sales Manager to spearhead our booth sales efforts for various exhibitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving booth sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategy. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales acumen and a passion for the events industry.
Key Responsibilities: Drive Booth Sales: Identify and target potential exhibitors, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve booth sales targets.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential exhibitors.Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.Collaborate with Event Teams: Work closely with the event management and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful event execution.Report Sales Activities: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in exhibition booth sales or a related sales role within the exhibitions industry.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
