POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:Core Skills:WebLogic/WebSphereWindows/UNIX/LinuxOracle SQL**Skillset**Application Technical Support on Java and Oracle Database.Platform Knowledge on Windows, UNIX/Linux (Solaris) & WebSphere/WebLogic web deployments.Hands-on experience on Windows and Unix scripting.Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.24 x 7 on call support.Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and team player.Willing to work at Cyberjaya/ KLAble to work with cross border colleagues.Familiar with tools/practices such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology.**Roles/Responsibilities**:Systems specializing in the Trade Finance Domain.Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.To perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks.Liaise with vendor on the Scope of Work, enhancements progress and fix implementations.**Must-Have Primary Skill : Application Support-Application Monitoring-L1 or L2 Support****Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,362.38 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Application Support-Application Monitoring-L1 or L2 Support: 3 years (required)
