Job Description - Trade Finance Process Analyst (Penang) (240001S4)
ResponsibilitiesPerform transaction processing duties as instructed by the team management in accordance with the relevant procedures, guidelines, instructions, and standards set in order to meet the productivity and service standards.
Work with the team to deliver superior customer service by driving operational performance such as meeting SLAs - timeliness and accuracy, reducing costs, driving operational efficiency, and reducing operational risks.
Ensure awareness and full compliance with trade finance's rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
Provide technical support to Relationship Managers on trade finance related matters.
Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience, and precedent.
Assist team management in the development of team members by guiding, coaching, and supporting them.
Support the roll-out of appropriate quality management systems and other initiatives by the Bank.
Ensure due care and diligence is exercised on day-to-day operational matters relating to Trade Based Money Laundering, sanction compliance, and transaction screening by acquiring relevant knowledge and training; thus, providing support to superiors and subordinates.
QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree. Fresh Graduates or those with 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field are encouraged to apply.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous, quality and service oriented, with the ability to perform critical evaluation and provide effective solutions.
Resourceful and able to work effectively under pressure both as an individual and in a team.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools/applications is an added advantage.
