The Offer Join a well known brand within Corporate Banking A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities Work in a company with a solid track record of performance The Job You will be responsible for : To spearhead and oversee, provide directions, guidance and manage the Trade Finance & Corporate Banking Section primarily in development, implementation and support of Projects and Systems.
 Responsible and accountable for Delivery (i.e.
Project Management, Development, Implementation) and Application Operations & Support for all systems under Trade Finance & Corporate Banking Pillars domestically and regionally, to meet the Business Strategic Plans, Enterprise Architecture target model and aligned with Bank's aspiration.
Continuously develop revised technology approaches to improve efficiency, reduce manual efforts, manage risks and comply with regulatory requirements.
Anticipate business expectations by keeping abreast with latest technology in trade financing and recommend technology / tools to fit future growth.
Enhance business efficiency by exploring the potential of integration between Trade with Cash Management and Treasury systems for seamless user experience.  Application Systems Development and Deployment of new systems solutions to meet Business Strategic expectations Support & Maintenance of existing systems and operations to meet Business expectations, efficiency, compliance and Group Technology owned initiatives.
Involves in systems evaluation, negotiation, contract vetting & negotiation and management approval processes for new Projects.  Coach, motivate and impart knowledge to staff to improve their performance, groom them to be self-sufficient and promote collaboration, teamwork and problem solving  The Profile skills.  Resolve any conflicts with staff / business / projects / systems production issues timely and effectively.  Continuous service improvements to meet SLA and Business Objectives / Expectations.
Vendor Management – monitor vendor deliverables / SLA / performance.
Supervision and staff administration and performance appraisal.
Resource planning and staff knowledge / skill upgrades.  Adhere internal and external guidelines, policies and compliances (e.g.
