Job Description Responsible for capacity and space management based on allocations given by the principal office.Main focal point between the principal office and internal and external customers.Managing all trade activities, which includes liaising with the POD agent on weekly prospects, space utilization, and availability.Close monitoring of trade performance and proactive actions if necessary.Provide regular trade reports and updates to the principal office and management on trade performance, market conditions, and business opportunities as well as conduct internal trade training as needed.Assist in resolving trade and service issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.Communicate with the inter-departmental team on principal trade directions, strategies, and goals to ensure trade targets are met.Monitoring of cargo selection and yield management.Mentoring and providing guidance to the trade coordinator.Review outstanding over dues by assigned clients frequently with the finance team.Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Commercial Director / HQ or Management.Reports to: Commercial Director
