We are seeking a motivated Trade Marketing Executive to support our marketing and sales initiatives.
This role is ideal for an organized and results-driven individual eager to make a meaningful impact in trade marketing and market expansion.Key Responsibilities
Channel Support
• Channel Execution: Assist in implementing strategies to optimize sales and distribution across modern and general trade channels.
• Retailer Relationships: Coordinate with retailers and wholesalers to ensure smooth execution of trade initiatives.
• Channel Reporting: Monitor channel performance and provide regular updates to the team.Trade Marketing Programs
• Promotion Support: Execute trade promotions, such as discounts, allowances, and contests, to drive sales and increase market share.
• In-Store Execution: Oversee product placement, merchandising, and point-of-sale material setup at the store level.
• Trade Tools: Assist in creating trade marketing tools, such as sell-in kits and training materials, to support the sales team.Market Expansion
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify opportunities for entering new markets or sales channels.
• Product Launch: Support the successful introduction of new products by coordinating marketing and sales efforts.Logistics Coordination
• Delivery Oversight: Work with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Inventory Support: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure stock availability for trade promotions and market demands.Sales Analysis and Reporting
• Data Management: Gather and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Performance Insights: Provide insights to improve the effectiveness of trade marketing programs.Brand Support
• Brand Visibility: Ensure consistent branding across trade activities, including in-store displays and promotional materials.
• Customer Engagement: Represent the brand during trade events, retailer meetings, and product launches.Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
