Job Details: PURPOSE

This role will involve supporting Trade Marketing Manager in analyzing market data and trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute trade marketing plans.
The Trade Marketing Executive will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively, leveraging in-store marketing techniques to increase product visibility and sales, and evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns. The purpose of this role is to drive sales and increase brand visibility through effective trade marketing efforts, while also ensuring that these efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and constantly driving Perfect Stores program to improve in-stores sales fundamental, 4Ps
Develop and execute trade marketing plans that align with overall business objectives
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Allocate, control and review budget based on channel strategy and ensure effective implementation and optimize return of investment through effective promotion strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product placement and promotion in key retail channel.
Lead the development the and execution of in-store and on-shelf marketing activities, including point-of-sale materials and merchandising displays.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives and ensure all point-of-sales-materials are executed on-time-in-full (OTIF).
Measure and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns,
The role includes the performance of any other ad-hoc duties as required. This requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the business environment.
QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 1 years of direct experience in the FMCG industry, with a preference for applicants from an MNC environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields
Proven experience in trade marketing and category management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate must be driven, self-starter, problem-solver, strong strategic orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, networking, ability to work independently, self-motivated, pro-active, and creative in getting things completed is required for this role.
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written) and ability to converse/communicate in regional national language and/or dialects are an advantage.
Conversant with presentation and analysis tools as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Words and PowerPoint is required for this role.
