This role will manage Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, ensuring alignment with group strategy and direction. The incumbent will also perform sales and market analysis, manage inventory, and work closely with the sales team to drive effective campaign execution. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential to ensure smooth business operations and successful market performance.Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement local marketing plans in alignment with the group's strategic direction.Plan and execute BTL activities, such as trade promotions, in-store events, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) deployment to drive customer engagement.Campaign Management:Coordinate with the sales team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve business targets.Ensure timely execution of campaigns, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.Sales & Market Analysis:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Analyze sales data to evaluate campaign impact and provide actionable insights for optimizing future activities.Inventory & Stock Management:Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability for campaigns and promotions.Work closely with the supply chain and sales teams to optimize stock management and reduce excess inventory.Stakeholder Management:Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, operations, finance, and supply chain, to support smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies.Act as a bridge between the marketing department and other business units to ensure alignment of objectives.Budget Management:Plan and manage the marketing budget for BTL activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.Track expenses and ROI for all marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.Brand Building & Compliance:Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and comply with local regulatory requirements.Uphold the company's brand image and maintain a consistent presence in the market.Reporting & Performance Evaluation:Prepare regular performance reports on marketing activities, sales impact, and market trends.Present findings and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to planning & executing BTL activities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.Experience in personal care/skincare category is a plus.Benefits:Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)Fixed RM100 HP allowanceMedical insurance coverage for inpatient, outpatient, and specialists extended to family members28 days of Sick Leave17 days of Annual LeavePerformance bonus based on individual and company performanceFollows Malaysian Public Holidays & moreSub Specialization:Marketing; Trade MarketingType of Employment:PermanentMinimum Experience:3 YearsWork Location:Selangor#J-18808-Ljbffr
