About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to develop an effective and profitable Consumer Shopper marketing tool to maximize brand performance? If so, this is the role for you.
AsTrade Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring Haleon's sales growth via sound translation of brand strategy into effective shopper support tools. You will focus on the creation of shopper sell-out tools, education of experts in the store, and creating the best visibility and communication plans.
Role Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking:Lead development of Trade Marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across defined product categories: VMS- Focus Brand (Scotts, Centrum, Caltrate) and key channels- 3-year Vision with innovation sales as a pillar of growth.
Trade Marketing Calendar:Develop and execute local campaigns, channel development programs, and tailor-made customer partnership programs.
Investment Management:Deliver business objectives within allocated investments.
Commercial Activities:Own the development, execution, and evaluation of the commercial calendar of initiatives focused around: Category management, Shopper engagement, Omnichannel, Point-of-sale material, In Store Promoters, Roadshows, and Premium Sourcing activities.
Compliance & Process:Manage/Comply with local regulatory requirements and other administrative works.
Matrix Working (Internal):Develop effective working relationships across all functions which include marketing, Trade marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, regulatory, medical, and legal advisor.
Matrix Working (External):Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Customers, Agency partners) to ensure clear communication and flawless execution.
Back End Processes:Ensure compliance with the business processes (Eg. GMN Code, My PSR, One Form, product barcode, DCF pricing, RRF, RI form with approval from QA, RA, Supply Chain).
Why you?
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
A Degree Holder in marketing/business administration or related discipline, with 7-10 years of work experience in FMCG/CPG with understanding of trade and trade marketing fundamentals.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferable experience in sales function.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Independent and self-driven.
Strong time management and analytic skills and able to work under tight timelines.
Willing to accept all kinds of challenges and able to handle multiple priorities.
