Responsibilities :
Promotion ExecutionLead and supervise KAPE team (Supervisor) to executive the planned promotions and campaign in designated key account. This include maintaining product on shelf availability, product hygiene, planogram maintenance, promotion display setup and promotion price update etcOn-site outlet support including visiting outlets and organising training to KAPE team (Sales & merchandisers)Ensure execution excellence in key account channel distribution on new product launches (planogram & in-store visibility)Practice vigilance on competitors activities and provide insights and findingBuild effective relationships with retail partners, branches, principals etc Category Management Lead and supervise Asst Category Manager role for the development and implementation of Category Management services to designated Principals.Analyse retailer scan data/sell in data/consumer research data and provide insightsConduct category reviews to the assigned retailers and principle and recommend strategies to enhance category growthProvide space management services and advise as a point of contact for the retail customersCollaborate with Sales branches on planogram implementationMonitor, update and audit approved planogram to tradeBe aware and have strong understanding of competitors' activities and distribution Trade Analysis Lead and supervise trade analyst on KAPE tracking and reporting, analysis of internal sales data, update Key accounts promotion expenses and promotion bulletin tracking.Update and generate key accounts promotion execution tracking report and KAFR outlet servicing KPI report and share with all partiesUpdate and analyse BI report (Tableau) and provide insights (topline) for management reviewAnalyse and evaluate reports on market share, product penetration and competitor's performance. Identify gaps and potential issueUpdate and review with Customer Development tram on Key Accounts promotion expenses tracking, service level tracking and weekly promotion bulletin tracking.Admin & Sales Analyst Lead and supervise Admin and Sales Analyst role on update, analysis and review of internal sales data (dashboard & sales report), stock forecast and agency promotion claims.Update and prepare sales performance presentation for management review. Update, analyse and make correction on stocks forecase to provide up to date information to Customer Development team. Conduct KA chains forecast accuracy reviewConduct timely price discount claims from Principal on all KA promotions on monthly basis. Consolidate of all KA claims on yearly basisOthers - handling any other relevant tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Possesses minimum a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or equivalentMore than 10 year of related experience in Sales Operation/Category Management with proven track record in the FMCG industryProficient in MS Office applicationsProficient in using Space Mangement Software by NielsenPossesses strong analytical skills with good business acumen, able to translate insight intro action plan that deliver business growthMust be willing to work in Cyberjaya
