Trademark Executive

Support Trademark process through preparation of the related documents for completeness and accuracy.- Providing pre-filing Search analysis and advice on registrability of trademarks.- Track, analyse and report Trademark and Trademark operation-related matters.- Drafting submissions/arguments in response to office actions.**Job Requirement**- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.- Good command in English, both written and spoken.- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail to spot errors and inconsistencies.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team.- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and able to use multiple web-based systems.- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and motivation.- This position is exposed to proprietary company information, so strict adherence to confidentiality policy and protocol is required.- Experience in trademark matters would be an added advantage.- About SKRINEOn 1 May 1963, John Skrine and his like-minded partners Stanley Peddie, Peter Mooney, William Donald Bewsher and Chin Yoong Chong founded Skrine & Co, guided by the belief that integrity is the cornerstone of the practice of law.
