ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute buying strategies designed to meet or exceed sales, margin and inventory turnover goals.
Manage given category to ensure stocks availability at healthy level and sales achievement.
Partner with marketing team to design marketing and promotional plans that maximize incremental sales.
Establish collaborative relationship with the supply chain team to ensure the proper balance and availability of merchandise.
Frequent store visits, as well as other comparative retail stores, on a regular basis to identify new trends and opportunities, evaluate merchandise mix, evaluate competition, and translate findings into executable product plans.
Handling administrative work given from time to time e.g. new product listing, cost/price change and inventory management.
Able to communicate and work with suppliers on any new stores setup on time and stocks management.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree from a university or equivalent experience/training.
Preferred Experience: 2 or more years of related experience (Health & Beauty).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Strong merchandising, product, trend and analytical skills.
Strategic thinker, have an eye for detail, good commercial sense and analytical skills.
Team player, positive attitude, able to multi-task and also work on ad-hoc requests.
