Trainee Admin Officer

Job ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with other executives and upper management on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.
Monitor staff attendance, absentees, and overtime.
Resolve problems or complaints pertaining to operators or general workers.
Motivate and discipline staff.
Lead a team to manage daily operations.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure that safety and health requirements are met on-site and that heavy machinery operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Have knowledge of heavy machine parts to attend to breakdowns and troubleshoot.
Monitor and control the productivity of ship operations to ensure they run smoothly and safely.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
