Job Description: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building client relationships and matching candidates to job roles. This role provides hands-on training and mentorship, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will develop strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills while working towards set targets.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Screen and interview potential candidates. Support in matching candidates to client job requirements. Build relationships with candidates and assist with client interactions. Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records. Work towards meeting weekly and monthly targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong desire to learn and grow within recruitment. Target-driven and motivated to succeed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required; training will be provided.
