ResponsibilitiesTraining, Education and Development of new and current employees in EPIM.
Be an integral part of an international team with the main goal of supporting the development of talents in collaboration mainly with EPI Academy Europe located in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as with business, HR, and Training Education Development platforms of PSA BDP.
Support onboarding process and new hires experience by providing professional and high-quality training.
Support operational teams with training for newcomers to speed up their integration to the team and work processes.
Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations and manuals.
Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles within the company.
Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in company processes, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor the progress of trainees, identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, performance reviews, and collaboration with department managers.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certifications.

Job RequirementsQualifications/ExperienceWork experience as a trainer or coach preferred.
2+ years experience in the supply chain/customer service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
