Every year, we deliver the most realistic and valuable training to thousands of employees from the energy and shipping sectors.To maintain our commitment to providing the highest quality and flexible service to our customers, we are currently seeking TRAINER ASSISTANT to help and support our core Trainers to deliver comprehensive range of safety training programs at our Regional Centers and customer premises (onshore and offshore).**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**The role and responsibilities of a Trainer Assistant shall include but not limited to support and assist direct training and facilitating duties in the organization:- Support in assessing practical training elements to the highest standards as assigned by Core Trainer.- Ensuring proper preparation, maintenance, and reporting of training equipment and facilities.- Engaging in continuous self-learning, professional development, and staying up to date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.- Demonstrating a mature and positive attitude towards participants, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring excellent external and internal customer service.- Handling other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management as required.**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE****Academic Qualification & Certification**:- Possess PADI Open Water & Advance Open Water Diver Certificate- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or related field.**Professional Work Experience**:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Safety Critical Industries such as Oil & Gas, Maritime, Renewables, Firefighting, Safety, or related industries.**Communication Skills**:- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Basic facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate and support core trainer in basic training courses.**Other Skills**:- Exhibits high integrity in work, is a team player, quick learner, and adaptable.- Applicants must be willing to travel to various locations to deliver training programs.Thank you.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM100.00 per day**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)License/Certification:- PADI Open Water & Advance Open Water Diver Certificate (required)
