Trainer/Educator

To work closely with the Manager and internal departments to support the education department objectives.- To conduct training and seminar on the products & treatments to support the dealers or customers patronize our products & treatments.- Propose and implement a feasible marketing plan on the products to help to lift sales.- Conduct panel test on new products, market research, competitors' analysis and solicit relevant information to prepare a solid Product presentation for both new and existing products, and to update it from time to time to ensure relevance and as deemed required.- To maintain positive working relationships with company customers- To uphold company & brand image of professionalism- Design and implementation of in-house training and coaching sessions- Manage the end-to-end training including training schedule, training room set up, material preparation and conduct training.- Keep up to date with developments in training & research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.**Requirements**:- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent- At least 2 years of full-time training experience in the Beauty industry- Good knowledge in Theoretical of Body and Face, Aesthetic.- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.- Intermediate PC skills in Microsoft Office- Confident, assertive, flexible- Effective listener- Proficiency in English & Mandarin (speaking & writing)- Strong interpersonal skills, someone who enjoys interacting with people- An individual who is eager to learn and willing to go the extra miles- Experience in hosting FB/Youtube Livestream would be an added advantage- Good presentation skills- Possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently, when necessary- Able to work outstation on certain days.- Initiative, creative and team player.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- B2 (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/17/2022
