Job Description:
Instructing new hires and conducting process-specific training.
Conducting refresher/corrective trainings.
Implementing the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner.
Developing training content.
Reviewing existing training materials and making revisions as necessary, per instructional design.
Developing classroom agenda, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to participants.
Monitoring progress of new hires during the first 30 calendar days post-classroom.
Monitoring calls and providing feedback to the agents on the floor.
Familiarity with project-specific technology.
Interacting with clients effectively.
Generating training reports.
Giving structured feedback.
Completing daily training administrative work such as tracking student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Participating in training design as per the Instructional Design Team.
Holding calibration sessions to ensure standardization of the learning systems.
Collaborating with the Instructional Design, Quality, and Performance Consulting teams to achieve classroom innovation.
Contributing towards building an excellent training delivery team.
