Trainer (Haircare)

Responsibilities: To execute In-salon demo to ensure salon staffunderstand fully USP & technical usage of relevant productssell–in. To periodically review and updatetraining calendar / training program to be consistent with thesales and marketing plan.To work closely withsales and marketing team to organise new products launchTo update local training contents / workbooksand to make translation, as and when requiredTo update latest hair trends, techniques andcompetitors information in coiffure market.Todevelop good customer relation and provide high standard oftechnical knowledge to salons partners.To actas the contact point for education related questions /issuesTo provide necessary support andfeedback when testing new products Requirements: Professional diploma in hairdressing / hairstylist with 3 years of relevant workingexperience.Good organisational andinterpersonal skills  Good communicationskills both in verbal and writtenA teamplayer, motivator and pro-active Hands-onexperience in conducting education courses and strong problemsolving skills
