Trainer

Assist hiring manager in interviewing new operators.- Conducting basic knowledge training for new hired or transfer operator.- Skill training and certification for new hired, multitask, retraining and recertification.- Monitor the progress of training for each individual operator.- Kept and maintaining operator training record.- Providing support in document control.- Supporting QA in investigating customer complaint on production lines with related to training record.- Other tasks assigned by the superior.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Kulai (preferred)
