Position Overview The Trainer will be reporting to Training Manager and responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various branches. This role requires collaboration with Training Manager, department heads and management to ensure the alignment of training with business objectives. The Trainer will also oversee training matters and execution in the Johor and Singapore branches, ensuring that training initiatives are effectively implemented and consistently meet organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities Training Design and Development :Develop and update training materials, programs, and manuals to address company needs.Customize training programs based on specific branch requirements in Johor and Singapore.Incorporate new industry trends and tools into training modules to enhance learning experiences. 2. Training Delivery :
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, customer service, leadership, and operational skills.Deliver training programs at the Johor and Singapore branches as needed.Adjust training techniques to meet the varying needs and learning styles of employees. 3. Evaluation and Reporting :
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback from participants.Provide management with reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvements.Ensure continuous improvement of training materials based on feedback and performance metrics. 4. Branch Oversight – Johor and Singapore :
Oversee all training initiatives for the Johor and Singapore branches to ensure consistency in execution and alignment with company standards.Act as the key point of contact for training-related matters in both locations.Coordinate with branch managers to schedule training sessions and ensure smooth execution of training programs.Regularly visit Johor and Singapore branches to assess training needs and provide hands-on support. 5. Employee Development and Support :
Provide one-on-one coaching to employees as needed to ensure successful implementation of learned skills.Identify high-potential employees for further development and create personalized training plans.Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages growth and continuous improvement. 6. Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with the Training Manager to ensure training objectives align with company goals.Liaise with department heads to understand training needs and address skill gaps.Maintain open lines of communication with Johor and Singapore branch managers to support local training efforts. 7. Compliance and Standards :
Ensure that all training materials and practices comply with company policies and local regulations.Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, results, and certifications. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently to Johor and Singapore for in-person training sessions.Strong organizational and time management skills.
