Trainer

Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)
We are seeking an eager, motivated Trainer to join our growing organization.
You will play an important role in:
Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
Observe experienced workers acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of store duties.
Provide support as needed in various stores, including reporting, data entry, strategic planning, and customer service.
Establish, improve, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients by routine visits to stores/outlets.
Provide regular feedback on market information such as sales, promotions, customer credibility, consumer expectations, etc.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least SPM and preferably a Diploma/Degree.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Mandarin as the role requires liaising with the Mandarin-speaking management team.
Highly motivated, initiative, and ability to work independently.
Open-minded, proactive, flexible, and self-motivated.
Previous F&B experience will be an advantage.
