Responsibilities:Developing & delivering training to retail staffConducting online and in-store coaching on product knowledge & selling skillsTimely updating retail staff on product informationCoordinating training eventsProviding pre- and post-purchase customer serviceGuiding retail staff in handling customer's enquiries and feedbacksRoad show support and other administrative dutiesOther duties as assigned by superiorRequirements:Professional Certification or Degree in Human Health & Nutrition or equivalentAt least 1 year working experience in relevant industryProficient in spoken and written EnglishPositive customer service attitudeGood interpersonal skillsResourceful & organizedAble to travel outstation
