Train and certify production employees based on the standard Work Instruction and assist leader or Executive in production activities.
Certify existing employee's skill base on the standard Work Instruction.
Write up new Work Instruction and update existing Work Instruction as required.
Ensure safety practices are complied with in accordance with work instruction and procedures on machines.
Maintain proper housekeeping practices on the production floor.
Organize and maintain a training schedule within the area and follow up the training plan with the executives.
Work with Engineer and Executive to improve certification and training programs.
Conduct training and refresher training for employees regarding quality and production operations.
Update filing for all quality and employee performance-related documents.
Conduct periodic audits on the production process.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor in the production department.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Training and Education preferred.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
