Shift: possible 24/7Requirements.- Degree in discipline or equivalent diploma- At least 2 years training experience- Fast learner and independent- Customer Service knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.- Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry.- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset.- Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.- Organizational and time management abilities.- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilitiesResponsibilities.- Design effective training programs.- Prepare training materials.- Conduct training and refreshers.- Support and mentor new employees.- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.- Monitor, analyse & train trainees' performance and call out any unusual trends.- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.
