Qualifications Requirements:Minimum Degree holder in any disciplineMinimum 2 yearsworking experienced as trainer/QALanguage proficiency inEnglish is mandatory. Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is preferred.Preferable to have experience as corporate trainer in Banking/Finance industryProficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset Responsibilities Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign effective training programsPrepare training materialsConduct training and refreshersSupport and mentor new employeesConduct evaluations to identify areas of improvementMonitor, analyze & train trainees' performance and call out any unusual trendsIdentify training needs by working with operations team and QAPerforms Quality monitoring on a day-to-day basis when there is no training classProduces a regular Quality report in an actionable format for internal stakeholders' perusalMay perform training and performance gap analysis on a regular basis or as required
