Training Admin Executive

Established in 1998, ITS Management Sdn. Bhd. (formerly ITS Learning Center) is a Malaysian training institute specializing in corporate training for small to medium-sized businesses. Recognized for excellence with awards like the Human Resources Minister Award (2017) and Sin Chew Education Award (2018), ITS Management expanded into e-commerce courses, becoming an Alibaba Dream Trip Partner. Collaborating with Chinese institutions, it offers digital e-commerce training programs. In 2020, it became an authorized channel partner for Alibaba GDT Network, emphasizing its commitment to nurturing digital talents in Malaysia. To cater for the rapid growth, we are currently looking for suitable candidate to join us as Training Admin Executive. 
Criteria:
Min Diploma / Degree in any fields· Possess good computer application skills· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply· 5-day Work (9am – 6pm)· Administrate corporate training / seminar· Person who has passion to build career & business in Education & Training Industry· Basic salary plus attractive incentive Job Scope:
Coordinate in training managementFormat training related materialsCommunicate with clients, trainers and vendorsPrepare and collect training related docsProvide on-site service for in-house trainingsManage online trainings using Zoom Detailed job scopes will be discussed during interview. Overall job scopes cover pre-, during- and post-training administration. No working experience is required. Ideal candidates should possess good IT, communication, organization and time management skills. On-the-job training will be provided.
