Full time
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and events.
Prepare and submit HRDF claims and applications.
Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and available.
Maintain and update training databases and records in Learning Management System (LMS).
Track and report on training attendance and completion.
Arrange venues, equipment, and other logistics for training sessions.
Handle training-related inquiries and correspondence from stakeholders.
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants.
Manage training payment matters, including recording expenses, processing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely disbursement to training providers.
Assist in adhoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
ADiplomain Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in training coordination or a similar administrative role.
Proven experience with HRDFadministration and compliance.
Fast learner and able to adapt to a fast-moving, agile environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player & proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
