**Role Summary**:The PPS Training and Competency Administrator is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by P&M Operations and the technical competency group within PPS. They will ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout the organization, on time, to the people who need it. In addition, they will support the administration and record keeping of training and certification records to comply with regulatory procedures and audits.Keeping the documentation / training material up to date facilitates the on-time delivery and the right first time KPIs of P&M.**Essential Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the preparation, revision and control of documents and training material for all Pre-Commissioning and Maintenance Technical Competencies.- Create and update document templates in alignment with company branding.- File documents in Company's Document Repository (Alfresco) and ensure appropriate control.- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.- Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.- Manage requests for documentation (including new documents, document revisions and archive requests)- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation and training material.- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive employee information.- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.- Communicate documentation updates as needed to regional and global P&M teams.- Support the administration and record keeping of training and certification.- Prepare reports on progress when required.- Build and maintain competency dashboards for operations utilization.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2-3 years of experience in Data).- Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint.- Exceptionally strong skills in Microsoft Excel for report construction and manipulation.- Detailed, analytical, process orientated approach with deep commitment to data quality.- Ability to drive issues to a robust closure in a timely manner.- Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.- Strong analytical/experimental/statistical skills.**Other Requirements: -**- **Contract duration**: 12 months (_3 months' probation_)- **Salary (Monthly)**: MYR 5,000.00 to 7,000.00 per month (_based on working experience_)- **Rotation/Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday / 8AM - 5PM (Flexible)- **Location**: Menara Tan & Tan, Kuala Lumpur**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
