Training and Development HR Business PartnerResponsible for the full spectrum of SMART Penang's L&D & Employee Services needs which includes training plans, continuous education, workshops, leadership development, new hire orientation, canteen and transportation, etc.
End-to-end management of the local learning program as follows:
Develop Training Need Analysis to assess the learning needs and derive appropriate learning plans.
Propose suitable training programs that meet the skills requirement.
Coordinate training programs internally or externally.
Ensure training program effectiveness and ensure reasonable Return of Investment.
Administer the government training funds.
Ensure records are administered and maintained in conformance with audit requirements.
Report to management on training activities from time to time.
Manage and supervise the training team, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
Coordinate orientation program to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Take lead role in L&D related audits (TUV-SUD, RBA, Customer Audits, Internal Audits).
End-to-end process for canteen and transportation:
Provide advice to employees on all basic employee relations matters.
Develop, implement, and support employee relations activities from collecting, investigating, and reporting feedback.
Report to management on employee relations and engagement activities timely.
Initiate and implement programs to boost worker morale and stay abreast of company climate and culture.
Willing to undertake ad-hoc projects, assignments, or any other duties as and when requested by the Management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years and above in a similar capacity with specialization in Learning and Development and Industrial Relations matters.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong acumen with systems, data, and reporting.
Professional demeanor; ability to demonstrate courtesy and tact.
Ability to work as part of a team; collaborative.
Ability to be flexible to accommodate business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-directed, with solid time management skills in terms of completing workload.
