Job Responsibilities
You are expected to oversee and carry out the end-to-end training process of the Company.
This role requires a candidate who is service-focused, self-driven, and eager to grow.
We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute tasks assigned timely.
Training Plan and Schedule Development and Executions:Map out training plans, schedules, and key objectives for outlet staff, ensuring training is conducted effectively to meet company standards and goals.
Training Needs Assessment:Identify and assess company-wide training needs, adapting to evolving requirements in operational standards and employee competencies.
Training Program & Modules Development:Design and deliver effective training programs, including necessary aids and materials, to support employee skill enhancement and consistent service standards.
Post-Training Feedback and Assessment:Gather feedback from trainees after each session, using it to assess instructional effectiveness and impact on employee skills and KPIs.
Customer Service Standards Training:Train team members to uphold best-in-class customer service standards, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
Company Culture and Core Values:Promote company values and a positive work culture through training and motivational initiatives that engage and inspire the team.
Policy Enforcement for Training and Development:Ensure all training and development plans align with company policies and operational goals.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting:Prepare and deliver regular reports on training plans, progress, and any operational issues impacting training.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail, food service, or customer service environment.
Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs at multiple locations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about results.
