Sourcing and negotiating with the coolest industry experts to add that extra special touch.
Crafting event brochures that'll have everyone talking.
Building strong relationships with facilitators and delegates.
Whipping up sales & marketing strategies that'll have your events selling out in no time.
Supporting your team through thick and thin.
Coordinating and managing events on-site like a pro, with quick problem-solving skills that'll make your boss proud.
Being the ultimate event ninja, handling pre and post-event planning and operations with ease.
Job RequirementsSo, what do we need from you?
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the corporate event industry, particularly in event production with a portfolio that'll make our jaws drop.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects without breaking a sweat.
Excellent time management skills, fluent English, and top-notch communication and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate like a boss.
A keen eye for detail and quick thinking when things get hectic.
A creative and innovative mindset, always pushing the boundaries and raising the bar.
An excellent, positive, can-do attitude, great analytical skills coupled with fantastic copywriting techniques.
A go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
