Work location, UUM Sintok**Job Summary**:The Training and Consultation Manager will be responsible for developing training and consulting strategies as well as the overall branding and image of the company. This role involves preparing annual training plans, creating campaign and event calendars, and managing budgets. The Training and Consultation Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure all activities are aligned with company objectives.**Responsibilities**:1. Develop training and consulting programmes.2. Manage the delivery of training and consulting programmes.3. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and consulting programmes.4. To manage and ensure that the department's budget and expenditures are wisely spent and aligned with the company's objectives and procedures.5. Manage the training and consulting team.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training and consulting programmes are aligned with organisational goals and meet the needs of employees.7. To develop and sustain corporate relationships with existing and prospective partners to deliver excellent and comprehensive service consultations and tailored service offerings.8. Other responsibilities as added from time to time by the General Manager, UECSB**Job Requirements**:1. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in education, HR, business, or a related field2. 5+ years' experience in training and consultation3. In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, and training techniques4. A strong team player5. Effective time management skills, adaptability, and multitasking6. Advanced proficiency in technology-based learning management systems (LMS)7. Ability to manage budgets8.
