Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and objectives.
Sales & Business Development
Promote Next Academy's training programs.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with the training and marketing teams to align sales strategies with client needs.
Provide client feedback to help improve training content and delivery.

Qualifications
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
