About the roleWe're excited to announce that Gplex Properties Sdn Bhd is expanding and looking for a motivatedTraining Adminto join our team inPetaling Jaya, Selangor .
As a full-time employee, you'll play an important role in supporting our training and development efforts across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
Administrative Support:Provide friendly assistance in planning and delivering training programs, including scheduling, participant coordination, and preparing materials.
Record Keeping:Maintain accurate training records and databases to track employee participation and progress.
Logistics Coordination:Manage venue bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements for training sessions.
Budget Monitoring:Track and manage training budgets and expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
General Support:Offer administrative support to the training and development team as required.
What We're Looking For
Looking for anoutgoing individualwho thrives in collaborative environments.
Own transportis a plus for this role.
Fresh Graduates Welcome:Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to one year of experience inHuman Resources or Communication and Public Relations , we'd love to hear from you!
Technical:Canva, Excel and PowerPoint.
Team Player:You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with a team.
Eager Learner:We're looking for someone who actively participates in professional development through various courses.
Relevant Experience:Experience in a related field, internships, or teamwork is a bonus!
