Training & Development Executive cum ReceptionistWe are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as a Training & Development Executive cum Receptionist.
You play an important role in supporting HR related activities.

Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide basic information and directions as needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
Coordinate and manage training logistics (venues, schedules, materials).
Manage training and development budgets.
Responsible for HRDC grants and claims and levy for group companies.
Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in office administration is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
Knowledge of HRDCorp processes and training industry standards.
