Training & Development Executive

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:To provide administrative support to the Training and Development Team, coordinate and arrange training programmes, implement assessment programmes, manage employee training programmes and record keeping, and liaise with external training providers for training-related activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years working experience in the training industry.
Salary RM3K and above.
Possess Train The Trainer (TTT) certification.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
