As a growing company, we reward and promote high performers who are committed to taking the company to the next level.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- _You will be responsible for conceptualising and designing the training & development framework and strategies to meet the immediate and long-term business objectives. You will be accountable for training delivery, quality and evaluate the overall effectiveness of training & development plan.- Conduct skills gap analyses through surveys, interviews, focus group.- Map out long-term training plans for new and existing employees.- Create the internal trainer's selection criteria to identify the right in-house trainers.- Facilitate and work together with functional experts to develop training programmes that achieve the defined learning and business objectives.- Create course materials, training manuals and teaching aids, including graphics, visuals, and audio content to support content delivery.- Review, modify and update the content of the existing training programmes and include multimedia elements to increase interest and learning effectiveness.- Deliver training programmes to meet the training needs using different methodologies.- Design and deploy measurement and feedback tools to monitor and assess the effectiveness of the training programmes, track outcomes to ensure alignment to business objectives.- Maintain library of training resources, update curriculum database and training records.- Design career development and competency framework to monitor the training needs of the employees along their career pathway.- Prepare cost and budget plan for each training programmes including the sponsorship for professional courses.- Identify and liaise with training providers for external courses.- Any other projects or tasks as assigned.- **Requirements**:_- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines- At least 5 years of relevant experience in training and development- Experience in conducting training needs analysis, curriculum development and leading workshops and training sessions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills- **Why Join us?
