Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage dealer training programs aligned with company objectives, focusing on areas such as product knowledge, compensation plans, network building, public speaking, and essential soft skills.
Create and execute long-term strategies to improve dealers' learning, performance, and professional growth.
Identify skill gaps among dealers, evaluate current capabilities, and align training to future salesforce requirements.
Recognize high-potential leaders and design development plans to prepare them for leadership roles.
Establish benchmarks, KPIs, and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of capability-building initiatives, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee the budget for training and development programs, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Offer coaching, mentoring, and personalized support to help dealers achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a training manager or in a similar role.
Experience in direct-selling, BPO, FMCG, retail, or related industries is highly preferred.
