Training Executive/Coordinator (Automotive Sales)

Job Summary Assists in the development, coordination, and implementation of sales training programs to ensure alignment with the latest product features, specifications, and innovations. Supports the delivery of comprehensive product knowledge training to the Sales team, optimizing the effectiveness of training techniques to enhance overall sales performance. 
Job Responsibilities To assist in updating training materials that align with new product features, specifications, and sales strategies.To prepare detailed training schedules and plans, manage all logistical and administrative aspects, including venue booking, F&B arrangements, and material preparation, and coordinate with external trainers to ensure seamless integration of their services into the training program. To support the execution of sales training programs, ensuring that they are delivered effectively and meet company standards. To maintain records of training activities, attendance, post-training feedback, assessments, and prepare regular reports on training outcomes. Job Requirements SPM/STPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience (1-2 years) in a sales training role, preferably within the automotive industry.Hands-on experience with the event planning and execution related to training programs.Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading & writing) is highly preferred.Proficiency in planning, coordinating and managing training events and sessions, including logistics, materials, and scheduling. Familiarity with automotive products and industry trends to provide relevant and up-to-date training is preferred. Fresh grads that demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and growing within the sales training field is also welcome to apply.
